Do you know, from the very first day of February 2018, .NET domain price will be increased 10%?!
In the Reports Second Quarter 2017 Results, Verisign announced an increase in the annual fee for a .NET domain name registration from $8.20 to $9.02, effective Feb. 1, 2018 per its agreement with ICANN. This increased rate is just the same as the one in 2017.
At the moment, GoDaddy, NameSilo and Uniregistry have their own official announcements for .NET price after Feb. 1 – increase $1.00 USD for all new registrations, renewals, and transfers.
There will be only a few days before the increasing day, so if you wanna get some .NETs or if you are now having .NET extensions, I highly recommend you should register/renew right now to save money.
